Zero. I dont set any of my money on fire, either.

I dont find it fun, like some do. It's boring!

The longer you play, the closer your lifetime losses hew to the games odds.

Never. With the odds stacked against you, it's a waste of time, energy and money.

I spend about $100/weekend during NFL season.
I won $24,000 jackpot in an online casino.
Stupidly played it down to $12,000 and cashed out.
Got a $2,000 check Fed Exd every Tuesday for 6 weeks.

I don’t know if you’re familiar with the tabletop fruit games or not, but we were at a little dive one night and put a $50 in.
Won $3,000
Moved over to the other and won $5,000 on the second spin.
Owner tells me to come back the next day to collect.
Walked in, he hands me $8,000 in a brown paper bag.
Paid off my truck.

Gamble-waitress gets my Dennys Grandslam order correct
80% it’s correct Double pancakes, scrambled egg, rye toast

Never gambled past 1997- year i moved to So Cal- I win everyday

Before- first trip to Reno age 21- won around 7500$ playing roulette for first time- money stayed in Reno with brothel girls and good time with friends upgraded to suite-
Had enough went back maybe year later. That’s year I met John Bobbitt working at brothel bar serving drinks

Don’t gamble at all now maybe 50$ or so at casino waiting for a band. Probably gamble 30$ at Kiss show in Palm Springs.
Last time I gambled was Vince/Pearcy show won I think 300$. Found out later Fifi Larue was at the show- that’s the good luck I needed
Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"

I was on a road trip with a group of friends and we ended up at some casino. One of the dudes kept wanting to know if the "slots were loose" before leaving his room and coming down to play. He wasn't making conversation. He was serious. Kept asking everybody. Like it was research in his decision-making process.

That's when it was confirmed for me: Gamblers are idiots.

$20 tops only if I'm with friends at a casino. That's just so I can join in the fun with them. I'm just too broke to bet big and that's how you win, if you do. Out here you can play slots at almost any neighborhood bar and I've known a lot of people that are hopelessly hooked. The games ARE fun but I just can't risk my bill money like that.

I did learn a neato little trick in Vegas. Pick a casino you like, get a player's card, put that and a $100 dollar bill into a machine and play like $10 of it. Cash it out, and you'll get all kinds of offers for free rooms and flights. Thanks MGM!

Are they, though? They dont take skill. You are basically just pushing a button and waiting to see what it says.

I cant believe a multizillion dollar company like MGM doesnt track bets vs deposits on their players club cards. I think they know everything about what kind of better you are. they are prolly giving you those offers cause they have your info and know that they can make $ on most of the people who take them up on it.

Ya slots are fun with the little moving pictures and themes and bonus rounds. Entertainment for the easily entertained, of which I am one. Not embarrassed to admit it.

Well yeah duh they send those offers to get your ass back into their casino. You aren't getting shit unless you're on their radar first and that trick worked for me, and as stated above I ain't no high roller. Next time I'm there I'll see if it works at a fancier casino like Cosmopolitan.

Occasional scratch-offs as an impulse buy...occasional NJ lottery ticket (the kind that "only" get you $1MM), but never casino or sports gambling. You lose $20 in a blink of an eye. You can go to a bar and get 3 drinks/1h+ of enjoyment, or buy an album, go to a cheap concert, for the same cash but a lot more enjoyment in my eyes. I don't think I have the stomach to lose a shit ton of cash. My "gambling" is bottom feeder low cost type stuff :)

My life's on time but again my sense is late
Feel a might unsteady but still I have to play
Six to one's the odds, we have the highest stakes
Once again I gamble with my very life today

Not much if at all. $100 per year on FFL, if you count that. We buy lottery tickets when it gets huge. In Vegas I'll go to the Sports Book and bet on my hometown teams just for fun. With legalized gambling in Ohio, I'll also bet on any game I'm going to in person but nothing more than $5 or so. It makes it a little more fun to watch. If my wife and I hit a casino (before or after a concert or something) we'll leave if we win enough to cover the hotel and whatever. Example, we stopped in the casino in Toledo after Cheap Trick. I hit $300 within ten minutes. We promptly cashed out! That was way more than our whole trip, lol.

Maybe $200 a year on Powerball when it gets really up there. I've also got around $300-600 cash I keep on hand for pool matches. I don't gamble all that often, maybe a couple times a month and have pretty much broken even over the last 15 years.

Not into gambling. Only gambled twice and just so I would have an excuse to walk around the casino / hotel.

$2 somewhere in Vegas - Bellagio?
EUR 5 at the classic casino in Monte Carlo. Still not sure if the chick who came up to me at the roulette table was a regular golddigger or an employee paid to make guests look and feel like James Bond or something.

$1000 gambling money in Downtown Vegas every year. Fuckin love it! I’m pretty good at cutting my losses or getting out while ahead, whilst my GF would pour it all back in hoping for the jackpot 🎰

I never lose when I gamble. Of course I don't consider myself a gambler, but once every 3 or 4 months I go and I gamble a little and quit while I'm ahead. Here in Argentina Bingos and Casinos are usually a lot cheaper to eat than a regular restaurant and they have a kind of open all night kitcken and bar and I have a bingo 6 blocks from my apartment, so lots of times 2 am after a show or whatever I go to eat there. Sometimes I put 10.000 pesos (no I'm not rich, it's like 12 dollars) in the slots machines and 4 out of 5 times I leave the place with 15.000.
I usually play casinos and bingo with the band (they pay very well!), I found the hard way that if you are playing you're an employee of the place so you can't gamble.
After a show I sat on a machine, play for 10 minutes and I won a little nice price (4 times what I put) and then they said I coulnd't cash it cause the people saw me on stage before and could complain about "being on the know" or something.
