I eat decent most of the time, and I don't overeat. I've taken five legit shits today without being sick. Dinner last night was "breakfast for dinner," a typical meal. Must have been hiding some turds in there for a low-key Friday. WTF. Usually, I'm a once-a-day dude.

Edit: maybe it's a mind-over-matter thing when I have no urge to work today.

Low traffic so I’ll update. Today, zero. Not enough coffee this morning though I ate legit Mexican food last night with plenty of fire in the hole sauce (VH 3 reference).

I’ve had 5+ numerous times. Usually after eating Jack in the Box (tacos)And/or McDonalds for multiple meals in a row.

I don’t consider it a bad thing. I look at it as a cleanse.

May get some Jack in the Box tacos tonight!!!
