Playing Bull had to be one of the most cake jobs in '80s sitcoms. He just stood there and had one or two lines per show. No range required.

That's not a knock against Richard Moll. The guy was talented. But it's great work if you can get it.

That’s a bit simplistic. It was his idea to make the character a goofball like that, it’s his character. Bull was originally written as a stereotypical straight faced stereotype. Richard made the character.

Apparently, he voiced several characters in cartoon series I grew up watching:

- Two-Face in the 90s Batman cartoons
- Norman in Mighty Max
- The Scorpion from the 90s Spiderman show

Never knew this. Only knew of him from Night Court.
