Me? I did some stuff. It was pouring when I woke up at 8:12 am. Got a Celsius. Watched the SECOND John Wick flick (watched the first John Wick flick last night).

Had a piece of cheese toast around 10 am.

Around 11, I went and got a haircut.

Around 1, went to chik Fila and had a spicy chicken sandwich (no pickles) with pepper jack cheese. Added mustard. Had fries. Coke Zero (healthy)

Got oil changed and tires rotated. Had a Celsius.

Watched some metal music ranking vids on YouTube. Took a nap.

Played some Ray Stevens classics on the Alexa.

Opened a third (and final) Celsius.

May order a Philly Cheesesteak for dinner. Pretzel chips too (healthy).

May watch third John Wick flick later this evening.

Shot pool in a bar nearby while my Lady's aunt gave her some kind of shock/massage treatment for her hands. The place looked it was designed and laid out by someone who had never been in a bar and relied strictly on market research.

went to two thrift stores and a music store, bought 12 CDs

went to Home Depot to pick up a small gate to keep the dogs from destroying a corner of the fence

came home, put on some Five Horse Johnson

about to order some Chinese food and crack a beer

Went to bed super early last night at 1015 had the chills. Woke up at 2am sweating I think I had a fever. I don’t have a thermometer at my house so I took some Advil. Luckily fell back to sleep and I woke up around 745 went to work today.

Went to my parents house to eat dinner.

Not feeling good so going to watch Colts/Texans game on the couch. The flu is running rampant around here and I think I caught something finally!

Woke up, fed the bunnies and cat, had coffee, read the sports news, the Sludge news, the Electric Eye news, checked my youtube channel and then took a glance at actual news. Finished my book, Station Eleven (outstanding!). Got out of bed, cleaned the house, took down the lights and decorations from outside. Filled up the bird feeders and baths. Then sat down with some leftover chinese and watched some college basketball while playing acoustic guitar.

About to go pick up some 5 Guys and come back to watch the rest of this crap football game and then whatever else interesting I can find...(admonished Mattley for not owning a thermometer and harassed him until he bought one thus more than likely saving his life...)

Ate 3 pieces of Ghirardelli milk chocolate. Caramel filled. For snack (Fancy).

Woke up at 7am to let the dogs out and feed them.
Drank a Diet Coke.
Laid back down on the couch until 10am.
Did a HIIT workout on the stationary bike, and took a shower.
Made a latte and watched some YouTube.
Thought about doing some work catch up from 2 weeks off during Christmas. Decided not to.
Fucked the Mrs.
Quick shower then out to dinner at our favorite tap house.
Back home to watch Ohio State men's basketball lose to Indiana.
Started to watch 48 Hours (my wife loves true crime shows). I bailed after 15 minutes. She's still watching.

Listened to the Your Stupid Opinions podcast while perusing the aisles. Laughed out loud a few times.

Came back home. Unloaded groceries.

Wife made cornbread and a huge pot of vegetable soup. I put Texas Pete in my bowl of soup.

Downloaded the A&E app to watch episodes of Intervention. Had watched all the episodes on HULU. I recommend it. Very entertaining. The meth/fentynal episodes are the best.

Gonna take the dog on a walk in an hour.

Gonna eat vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate...on a stick...for evening snack.

2 trips to Trader Joe’s

1. 9:30 am. 3 large waters- wheat English muffins - tuna salad
Walked to beach with my feast in my backpack beach chair
Sunny awesome no threat of bad anything

2. Around 7:30 - bought more water- 3 bananas - blueberry breakfast bars came with 8 i ate 6 of them
