That's part of the deal. You have to explain what you want...very explicitly and carefully.
Sometimes it does stuff on it's own.
I was working on an American Old West pic, and it put antlers instead of horns on a couple of buffaloes.
On another pic, I had a lot of brass musical instruments. It put metal extensions with pinchers/claws coming out of the bells on some of them.

I reckon all songs are folk songs. I ain't never heard no horses singing any.
