That poor bastard. The democrats all say that McCain is the same as Bush often reffering to him as McSame and the republicans said McCain was too liberal. That fucker never stood a chance in the 2008 elections regardless who his running mate was. McCain took alot of hell from other Republicans in the mid 2000's because he often didn't side with the Republicans on many issues most notabley on the torture issue.
