Romney tried to catch the President in a gotcha moment but it came back to bite Romney! Romney implied Obama never called the Libyan attacks acts of terror yet they just showed the video and the President did indeed say "no acts of terror will be tolerated" the very next day!
CNN, CBS, Politico, etc. all show the President winning!
President Obama clearly won the 2nd debate!

If you create enough threads regarding this subject, maybe it'll come true, Jimmy.RATTrules wrote:Romney tried to catch the President in a gotcha moment but it came back to bite Romney! Candy Crowley felt compelled to step in and side with Obama, and she was wrong, just like you. Obama did NOT say the attack on the consulate was a terrorist act. What he did say was that “No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation.” Well, hopefully that’s right! But that was a statement of policy, not a description of what happened the night before in Benghazi. Obama clearly stopped short of calling THIS particular attack an act of terror. Sorry, but that’s the way the English language works.
These morons kept spewing the lie for the next 2 weeks that this was all because of a video, in order to cover up their failing foreign policy.
Candy Meatloaf Crowley admits Romney was right, and she should have kept her mouth shut.

What do you think he was referencing the day after the Bengazi consulate attack... The 1983 Beirut barracks bombing ?

■Obama challenged Romney to “get the transcript” when Romney questioned the president’s claim to have spoken of an “act of terror” the day after the slaying of four Americans in Libya. The president indeed referred to “acts of terror” that day, but then refrained from labeling it a terrorist attack.

So, the day after the Bengazi attack, the president holds a press conference in the rose garden, and mentions "acts of terror", but it wasn't about Bengazi?

I don't know if they are considered left or right leaning, but Politico tries to explain it, including a reference to 911:KneelandBobDylan wrote:So, the day after the Bengazi attack, the president holds a press conference in the rose garden, and mentions "acts of terror", but it wasn't about Bengazi?

LMAO! I know! Some crazy right wing nut said it was about 9/11! Like Obama would hold a press conference over a DECADE later about 9/11! Why not just say it was about the Cole bombings in 2000!

Re: President Obama clearly won the 2nd debate!
Romney screwed the pooch on that one for sure. He may have done himself a favor though. What is still be talked about and examined instead of being swept under the rug like Obama would like? Thats right, Libya and the administration's complete fuck up of the situation and what looks more and more like a cover up every day.
Obama has a lot to answer for and he hasn't been able to do it. Even if it turns out that there is no cover up he has made it clear that he doesn't know what the fuck is going on with his team. Day one is understandable. After that? No fucking way. Romney looked unpresidential asking the question, no doubt. Obama has spent the last two weeks looking like a failed commander in chief. The polls are telling you which reads worse.
