Rs take the house
There needed to be a thread on this...
Re: Rs take the house
Roadhead, roxxxtard, Cliffenstein and the rest of the cunt brigade will be here momentarily to circle jerk.
Congrats retards, you got what you wanted. Let's see if you can get shit done or if 2006 and 2008 will replay itself in two years. I'm thinking the latter.
And before anyone accuses me of being a sooper evil liberal, I voted for three Republicans today. Neener neener.

Big Whoop! I still have memories of the Republican majority of 2001-2007.
Anytime you go against the Republican mantra, you're marked with the "liberal" label.Pill wrote:And before anyone accuses me of being a sooper evil liberal, I voted for three Republicans today. Neener neener.

This is really exciting. I'm sure they'll fix everything.
They did such a great job before.
Harry Reid still rules the Senate, and a half black man is still President, so I'm sure Shitstein and his cronies will still be miserable, which brings a smile to my face.

I'm not in bed yet...Actually Pelosi was Speaker of the House...it's Harry Reid who will most likely still rule the Senate.

Nobody is going to miss Pelosi.
Anyhow, I'm sure the USA is fixed. The Republicans will turn everything around an we'll all be rich in two years.
Two years. That's how long you get to turn around a fucking disaster these days, right?

I'm pretty pissed that Harry Reid won.
Also, Oregon may have a Republican Governor, which shocks me. A former NBA star no less. Still too close to call, but Dudley leads Kitzhaber by 2 percentage points. Wonder if Portland's votes have been counted yet?

Plenty of time to improve on the comnmie in chiefs record. Watch the stock market gain 200 points before year end. Watch new hires increase by about 20% before year end. The producers of this nation don't have to worry about the nutty left assjamming their agenda carte blanche for awhile... Things will get better and the Republicans seem to realize they got what they got on probation. A lesson the dems should take heed of.Crazy Levi wrote:Correct. not to mention the weed measure is getting trounced, it's like Oregon slipped into some kind of bizarro worldWhiteHouseSubsAC wrote:I'm pretty pissed that Harry Reid won.

the weed measure actually sucked and should have been voted down (IMHO of course) but Dudley being up on Kitzhaber is a real shock

Obama is getting a little dose of reality today. He was elected because Bush sucked and The Mavrick was fucking insane and tried to pad that insanity with a neophyte chick from Alaska. People were desprerate and bought his line of bullshit about being a uniter (as if the most left wing sen in the history of the country was going to be a uniter) America is a center right country, not a bunch of fucking socialists. The Dems misread thier "mandate" and Obama has proven himself to be so much less than what was hoped for him. He is not a uniter, he is not above politics or even race. He's more of the same, just further to the left.
It is all about 2012 now. Keep in mind that the house is a great indicattion of the presidential election. that fucker was all red tonight. Had all the senate seats been up tonight, not just a third of them the dems would have only the Exec branch. If the republicans stand strong against Obamacare and a repeal of the Bush tax cuts they will have all three branches in 2012.

Re: Rs take the house
That waddle loving lawyer from Alley McBeil would cum in his Dockers over that old broad.
Reid won? Fuck. I'm very glad that Pelosi will no longer be swinging her waddle around, but I had high hopes of retiring Reid as well. Oh well, half the battle I guess. In the one election (other than local and county shit) that I voted in, The democrat that I voted for lost. I get a few more years of governor helmet head. Whee!
So, how's this shake out? Will Obama have a senate that backs his play on the uber liberal stuff, or are we looking at total gridlock? How does Big Chief B focus his strategy for the next 2? Does he try and push through some centrist legislation, or do we get two years of partisan squabbling nothing followed by a whole bunch of finger pointing in 2012?

The Republican's future is predicated by doing things differently from the Democrats and the Republicans during the Bush years, especially on spending. That "Contract from America" bullshit isn't going to cut it, pun intended.

Holy fuck, the economy still sucks?
I think we need to throw the bums out of the House.
The Republicans have had enough time, and they've just made things worse.

Re: Rs take the house
Pallazzo unseated Gene Taylor in the 4th District here in Mississipppi with one of the dirtiest lying smear campaigns ever. Pallazzo's campaign buttons just read "Fire Pelosi", her name on the button was FAR bigger than Pallazzo's was.
He unseated a Blue Dog Democrat who voted with Republicans a lot and who was endorsed by the NRA. Not exactly a radical leftist, and a man that avoided most of the distractive bullshit and tried to serve the people. He got fucked by the wave. Now 3 out of 4 districts here have Republican Congressmen.
What surprised me is that before the election, 3 out of those 4 seats were held by Democrats - in Mississippi! Since Mississipi always votes Republican in national elections, that kinda surprised me.

They're all the same-these slimy politicians. Democrat or Republican-they all suck. Nowadays people say it's voting for the lesser of two evils but they are all slimy.
Let's hope the country isn't isn't TOO tired of Odumbo in 2012-it might pave the way for Sarah "stupid" Palin. They might put anyone in just to get rid of Odumbo.

Hey, I'm an Obama fan and everyone knows how controversial the health care shit was. It was a risk. The Republicans cleaned house here in Kansas, we now have John fucking Ashcroft as our goddamned governor now. I'm not hoping but waiting for them to start SLASHING and BURNING funding for education. We'll see what else happens, maybe they'll make a law banning Satanic faggots from the workplace or something. I'm pretty thrilled. Anyways, I don't even know why I go to the polls sometimes living here LOL. It's always an exciting time when it's time to vote though.
