Paul McCartney doesn't sound great, but he's still Paul McCartney, and he get a deserved pass because he's out there doing it with real vocals, on his feet for a nearly 3 hour show at 80+ years old. He would definitely be toward the bottom of this list, but I'll go see him any chance I get.

It's totally Hysteria. The lyrics for the chorus are fine but the verses kind of suck and don't go with what he's saying in the chorus. I saw them a few months ago and made a similar comment to my wife after the show. The new singer did a good job, but the video of CJ was jarring in how apparent it was that his voice was on a whole other level.
