GM: 7 out of 10 cars are manufactured overseas Terrible thing this globalisation... GM also happen to have completely separate entities such as GM Europe, who surprise surprise, manufacture in Europe. Add in the fact that countries like China have massive import duties, you're pricing yourself out ...

Sounds a bit odd, create rules that mean you gain an advantage by playing badly, then disqualify the teams who try to take advantage.

I'll give Hollande a chance, but I really can't see how significantly increasing public spending (and thus borrowing more, increasing the country's debt), along with lowering the retirement age back to 60 is going to help in the long run.

Yes, I have. Christians follow the New Testament which preaches forgiveness and turning the other cheek, and if you could cite some recent examples of Jews following the letter of the Old Testament whereby they rape, torture or kill masses of innocent people because the Bible commands them to (like...

I admit to being a Tory, but at the same time, great idea to make this speech today Dave, what with the right wing lunatics protesting in Luton... "The point is this: the ideology of extremism is the problem. Islam, emphatically, is not." You seem to have trouble understanding this, don't ...

These are just more examples of the rebellions against the oppressive government. No different from any of the other recent 'colour revolutions'. The fact that these are taking place in Arab states rather than former Soviet states makes no difference. As long as stable governments can be formed quic...

A survey of 600 Muslim students at 30 universities throughout Britain found that 32 per cent of Muslim respondents believed killing in the name of religion is justified. Wow, what a thorough survey, I'm sure those 600 students from 30 of Britain's 120 universities completely accurately represents a...

As said above, the same thing would have happened if she had burned a Bible. And the reason for the section on the significance of the Koran is due to the large amount of ignorance over the beliefs of Islam in the UK. If the item burnt was a Hindu text, they would similarly have commented on how tha...

Iraq's Tariq Aziz, who was recently sentenced to death, was also a 'Christian'. Look him up, do you honestly think anyone who calls themselves a Christian is one? Sure, why not? You believe that anyone who commits acts of terror and claims it's in the name of Islam represents the entire faith, so w...
