Re: Ghost - "Peacefield"

I definitely like this one, but I think "Umbra" is my favourite new track.

Re: Toad the Wet Sprocket

Never did a super deep dive into these guys but "Fall Down" and "Come Down" are both catchy as hell.

Re: Poison - Hollyweird

I remember downloading this and burning it onto a CD when it came out. I felt I was probably the only person in my town who actually had a copy. After hearing Crack a Smile and Power to the People, this album was kind've surprising in what a step back it was. Almost like it was a Poison parody album...

Re: Why weren’t Buckcherry bigger ?

I remember having the thought with friends in the late 90s that they might bring back sleazy GnR style rock after their debut and we anxiously awaited the follow up. While we liked the second album, the public absolutely did not and the rise up was over. Even when Crazy Bitch hit a few years later, ...

Re: What’s your favorite Buckcherry song?

Lit Up just blew up where I'm from when it came out and I loved it. For the Movies and Check Your Head were other favourites from that record. Was also a big fan of Time Bomb off the second album. Other songs through the years I dug were Crazy Bitch, Never Say Never, Nothing Left But Tears, and Resc...

Not what I was expecting, but good tune.

Kinda reminds me of Cryimg Over You by Platinum Blonde though, but more aggressive.

Re: Is Sambora Wasted Here? Interviewed By Billy Corgan

So weird to see a member of Smashing Pumpkins interview a (former) member of Bon Jovi.

'90s Corgan would never believe it.

And yes, Sambora has apparently drank himself retarded.

Catchy song, as is a lot of their stuff.

Looking forward to the album.

Re: Flutie Magic

Flutie would play really well for the first five or six games, but he'd be so battered by the midway point of the season he'd kinda lose his mojo. The CFL was the right place for him.

Re: George the Animal Steel on the Montreal Screw Job

According to the Greatest Rivalries DVD, Bret had already fulfilled his contractually obligated dates for the year before the Montreal show as well. He could have legitimately told Vince to get bent and no-showed Survivor Series entirely.

Re: Steve Johnson blames God on dropped pass

The funny part is, I needed this game to end within three for $200 and I saw that heave into the endzone and thought my bet was done.

Then the hand of God comes and flicks the ball out of Johnson's hands. I was pumped.
