I just can’t get behind tribute bands… at all. No matter how good they may be. I recognize that some folks want to “hear those songs played live.” Fine. To each their own. I got dragged to a Journey tribute last weekend. To be fair, they were really good. For my money, the singer sounded even better...

No. They WERE rock stars decades ago. Today they’re kinda cool looking extremely rich old dudes. Perhaps still even good/great frontmen, musicians and celebrities.
