I actually wonder the same thing about Theatre of Pain. My guess is that A. The label was satisfied with the performance of the two singles and album - at the time it doubled the sales of SATD. B. Everyone knew that anything they released would be a hit but the band was in no shape to promote it or...

Great, under appreciated track for sure. Things I read about it suggests it was released as the third single from the album...to radio, I suppose. I have always wondered why this album did not get a third video. I actually wonder the same thing about Theatre of Pain.
