Re: How old are you?

Just turned 54. Have full head of dark hair, but greying a bit at the temples. No glasses yet, but do need light to read in dim setting. Ear hair bothers me a bit, and I have to get up to pee 2 times a night at this point. Other than that I am pretty good other than my current sports injuries, whic...

Re: How old are you?

Every 15 mins Really, taking the bus to Madonna and had to stop 3 times. Good thing cops don't bother people for public urination. But I drink LOTS of coffee too, stopping all liquids by 6pm if I have a show unless I can find a double espresso. 50, some grey whiskers. My hair thinned by like 30% all...

Re: Memories of REVENGE from an Italian KISS fanatic

Big drop off after Unholy. The singles are the only good songs.

Except for while the ballad "Every Time I Look at You" tugged at the heartstrings with an almost painful sincerity in how blatantly it ripped off More Than Words.

I rank this one even below Asylum.

Rock at the Spectrum

Who are some ROCKERS (rollers too) you suspect may have played at the Philadelphia Spectrum?

Bruce Springsteen for sure.

Maybe Skid Row but did they ever headline? Such a fine line between next big thing and someone to help sell beer and nachos.

Re: Serious question: how is fentanyl used?

WOW 😳. Scary stuff. As far as cutting coke with it, wouldn’t an opioid have the opposite effect of euphoria? I can see cutting heroine, but coke is a head scratcher. It could be cross contamination - dealers cutting and packaging it on the same surface. There are rumors that Sinaloa is threatening ...

Re: Bands whose first gigs were at huge venues.

I’m pretty sure both Slaughter and Winger were created in the studio. Slaughter because of VVI. Winger because of Kip and producer Beau Hill. And they both opened for Kiss on the Hot in the Shade tour. Winger's first tour was opening for the Scorpions in 1988 and unless there were any undocumented ...

I had to look it up, 2012, the actual last show was in Berlin as well. And it's ... not good.

I was giving you the wide arrange of options from dummies to troglodytes. But yeah, I'm one of those cunty people who are offended by racism! What a killjoy I am. Sorry 'bout that! If only there was someway for me to turn my clock back 100 years! So, saying someone is "Ghetto" is now raci...

Re: David Lee Roth, Cinderella, Extreme Tour 1991

Five bands feels like a long night for a lineup of acts who were in their "just okay" eras. I can see why this tour was the "hard pass" of 1991. In 1988, five bands was the Monsters of Rock US tour. The UK MoR at Donington the same year had six bands. Seems pretty desperate to h...

These kind of 1991 time capsules are great to look back on. Alice Cooper/Judas Priest/Motorhead/Dangerous Toys/Metal Church is another fun one. Looked so good on paper. 14 year old me thought he had tickets to the biggest tour in the history of music. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why th...

Pearcy's book was so terrible I need at least 50 raving reviews to pick up another Ratt book. It was a literary masterpiece compared with Blotzer’s “book.” That "book" was one of the most honest memoirs I ever read. In that everything you have ever heard about him here can be confirmed by...

Video screen director recorded shows on the side and now uploading to YouTube These are great shows, still original members, the new album stiffed so instead of the usual 8 songs, we get 2. I get it these are mostly young people but anyone with any historical perspective like what happened only 20 years with the Napster revolution or earlier with consolidation should see market disrupters as inevitable. The only thing that makes this so harrowing is if you can't consider life outside t...

Does anyone know who's opening for AC/DC?
Does anyone know if AC/DC is doing stadium, or arena's?
You forgot “does anyone else think Poison would fit great on
the AC/DC tour”!
Why didn't AC/DC ever play on a Poison tour?
