My 1st "whammy" guitar.
I like to beat on my guitars and I'm afraid of breaking this one...
http://www.rockhardguitars.com/guitars_ ... _Blue.html
Dude bought this guitar and a 5150 amp. Threw in those Jeff Beck pick-ups.
Wife came home and said either me or the guitar....his loss my gain.
I got it for under $400 and it was hardly played.

The high end Jackson models like The KV2 and the KE2's, are some of the best metal guitars I've ever heard.

I need some CLR and wd-40 for my nubs.
I bought this guitar to get back into playing.
Now about that hit cd ,cult fallowing, drugs, groupies and ridicule from Sludge.
I have some other shit like a Marshal amp from England manufactured in 1992.
its a half tube and I bought at a garage sale for $100.
is it worth anything?
jtm-80 or 120 i believe is the model.

Since life is one kick in the balls after another lately I am moving my ESP Eclipse II if anyone is interested let me know - it is a badazz guitar. EMGs swapped for SD '59's, 70's Gibson witch hat knobs and Schaller Straplok pins otherwise stock in great condition.

Sad that you gotta sell her, but I get it. I had to sell a dozen guitars this year. It's just part of the cycle of life.

Re: El Toro's Official Guitarded Thread...
Yeah it is a pretty ripping guitar, I like SD 59's a lot and they sound real good in that guitar. This pair is lightly wax potted so they are a little more open sounding than the off the shelf 59's.
Right now I have a guy that is custom winding pickups for me that is fantastic so I can part with this pair. I get a sound that is sort of a cross between Rick Neilsen and Steve Jones that works perfectly for me.
I will miss this guitar for sure but it isn't the most painful one I've ever sold and it keeps my LP and a pair I am working on safe for now so that's all right. I put a lot of miles on this ESP in the 3 years I had it and it still looks like new, they make a pretty damn fine guitar I gotta say.

Toro and Wattage...if you guys are selling gear, could you hook us up with a link here to the site where you are selling it? You guys seem to be selling some cool stuff and I'd love to at least foam at the mouth for a little while! and this may sound odd, but I'd trust the folks of this thread more than I would on ebay. Seems like everyone here knows their stuff.
Just a suggestion...thanks!

What do you guys think of the ESP LTD EC-1000 guitars? They look badass...emg's and the price is rediculous!
They are made in Korea though...that kinda makes me wonder. But I love Les Pauls, but really don't feel like dropping les paul prices. Just wondering if anyone had any experiences with them good or bad. Thanks in advance.

Has anybody picked one of these up? They still have SGs and V's. That's a hella good price if the robotics work. Anybody got one or care to comment on them?Suicide wrote:http://www.samash.com/webapp/wcs/stores ... -GRBLSTDBCElToro wrote:Robot LPs for $999?

Re: El Toro's Official Guitarded Thread...
I have my favorite 1981 Les Paul Custom that I love dearly...No guitar has ever come close to it's playability...Having said that, I was surprised at how good the EC-1000 Deluxe plays and sounds- it can hold its own...The EMGS sound great for metal and surpringly great with rock, blues, even jazzy cleans...The guitar is certainly a good alternative if you can't afford a real LP...In the 22 guitars I have, the EC-1000 Deluxe is in the top 6...Get one...For the price, there ain't a better axe...Liquid Boom Boom wrote:What do you guys think of the ESP LTD EC-1000 guitars? Re: El Toro's Official Guitarded Thread...
Mattfig,
I went to the GC at lunch today and they have a used one for 500. I really wanted a glossy black new one...I just love the inlays around the edges, the used one was the flametop. That Goddamn guitar SCREAMED. I can't get over the EMG's, holy smokes. That thing is going to sound amazing w/my Soldano hot rod. I just have to make sure my wife won't nail my ass to the wall when I get it...it felt great, played great, sounded great. Can't wait to get it in my grubby hands. Thanks for the info!
Also, 22 guitars? YIKES! Well, if you're selling...I'm looking, so keep posting links to your ebay sales. I appreciate it..even if I'm just going to drool over it.

500 is a great price...The flametop is cool... I have the vintage black (I wanted the glossy black but didn't want to wait on backorder) and it looks killer...I'll post a pic of the ESP and LP together in a sec...Liquid Boom Boom wrote:Mattfig,
