Sebastian Bach’s “Child Within The Man” - my review

The one that started it all. Spreading gossip and insults since 1998.

Gave it a spin today. It's pretty decent but the lyrics are really weak at times.
His voice sounds great, prob studio trickery/auto tune.
Songs really don't breathe, he really packs vocals into every empty space... not a fan of that.
Didn't look up who is playing guitar but the dude is excellent.

Album cover still sucks as does the title.

half of it is pretty awesome, and the other half is a blatant attempt at airplay on Modern Rock radio, or whatever it is called these days.

would have made a great EP, but as a full album, it's decent at best.

I haven't delved into it lyrically, yet, but it's overall a pretty decent album. I can't help but hear Slave vibes in a few tracks. I'm surprised I like it, Seb's previous couple of releases haven't moved me at all.
Cheers and beers

Ummmm, maybe don't do that. I can't imagine anything good coming out of that endeavor.

Does Rob Affuso play drums on the record at all? Or is he just appearing the videos?

The record continues on similar to Kickin & Screamin and Give em Hell. I'm still not in love with the big digital overly compressed drums.

Is is just me or are there like a million vocal and guitar overdubs? Reminding me of Chinese Democracy at times!
