Why are you posing it as a question when it should be written as a factual statement.
Yes, Paul ripped the shit off of it. It says a lot about how little Joe cared that he didn’t sue for copyright infringement. He couldn’t be bothered and wasn’t an insecure little twat like Alice Cooper was when he sued over Dreamin. To my ear this is more of blatant rip-off than in Alice’s case. But Alice has always been very insecure when it comes to KISS.

Alice isn’t the copyright holder of his own songs? I hadn’t heard of him ever selling his copyrights. My guess was he was using that as an excuse. It’s not like Dreaming was some huge hit. Quite frankly, it sounds a lot less like Eighteen than Shandi does Tomorrow. Paul also ripped off Joe’s title for another song on Unmasked.Corey's Guitar Solo wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2024 8:27 pmI believe it was the copyright holder(s), not Alice, who initiated legal action. Musically, Alice wasn’t that original. He was a couple parts The Who, some early Pink Floyd and a shitload of The Doors.
