I knew they could do no wrong in the UK, Liam playing a stadium tour and then selling out 2 Knebworth gigs is all you need to know. Crazy how big they are over there.
I tried to get tickets for any gig with no luck.
Thought they were insane to try a stadium tour over here. Arenas in big markets, ok.
I got floor seats for the 2nd Toronto gig at the Rogers centre (50000 capacity)
Cannot BELIEVE they sold out the whole tour in an hour…added dates included! That is crazy! Of course no one hear brings it up
Yes in 91 GNR, Skids, Ozzy, Motley.. etc. were it.
Regardless, I guess the point I was making is how big the gigs have gotten.
As I say I can’t believe these guys are selling out multiple stadium gigs in the US in an hour.
Fuck Motley and Def Leppard are playing stadiums!
In 92 GNR-Metallica the 2 biggest bands in the world (U2 as well), played 1 night at the Rosebowl (not sure if it sold out).

The All New Nerd Generation
All those dorks can’t handle Asphalt Ballet “Tuesdays Rain”
In this case, I think the nerds were us listening to Tuff and Asphalt Ballet.
Even by LA Incel's usual standards, that's an especially retarded piece of brain-vomit.
That said, Oasis are just one of those few bands where the hype just carried on growing after they were gone. Two great albums, then most people forget the years of filler that followed. They just want the tabloid "brothers at war" crap and to tunelessly bellow along to Wonderwall one more time. There's no way the actual shows will live up to the hype but no-one will be able to admit it.

I got field tickets for Wembley 7/25 and MetLife 8/31. Seeing them in the UK at a stadium is bucket list for me. It’s more than the show, being there shoulder to shoulder with thousands of brits will be an experience for sure. Frankly, if I can even hear Liam at the Wembley show I’ll be disappointed haha.
I got the presale password for Chicago, got 2nd row lower bowl opposite of the stage & yea, I can't believe they sold out all those shows either. I would imagine people will be flying in to attend all the Oasis shows, even Australia.

Are you making an extra trip to Wembley beforehand to bury your cocaine? If not it's not the real experience.
Truly sounds like it will be the most awful crowd gathered in a stadium since the Nuremberg party gatherings.

You've obviously not seen an England football crowd. Although a Venn diagram of them and Oasis fans would have a big crossover.

Oh believe me, I have!
I'd think they're a bit more diverse in age and background, but the English herd mentality is strong.

Oasis are no worse than GNR who still get fawned over a lot on here. Some Sludgers have some sense but there are
plenty on here who love Axl’s continued insistence on scabbery and repeatedly try to legitimize Chin Dem. Appetite and Lies are top shelf. After that, they get real sketchy even though their star continued to rise for a short period before their inevitable mid 90s implosion.

I went on vacation to the UK in 2009, saw that Oasis was playing a show at the rugby stadium in Edinburgh, and bought a ticket. To this day it is one of my favorite concerts I have been to. The bands that day were great, but the fans made the show amazing. Everyone in the crowd having the time of the their life, singing every lyric. You will have a blast! Enjoy!
