Trump seems to have the upper hand with the EC. I despise Trump, but polls have him with a lead in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin right now. It is only a point lead, but Harris needs at least a couple point lead in those polls if she is to have a chance to win them. Basically, a close poll in those states favors Trump on election night.

At least in the battleground states, watching the early voting results updated the days and week(s) before the election, Republicans had a solid lead in most of them (especially here in Nevada) that made it difficult for Democrats to overcome on Election Day, even if they had excellent turnout, which didn't happen.
