Supersuckers
Had the misfortune of seeing this band support Mac Sabbath yesterday. Sounded like a southern rock motorhead.
They seem like a band that hueyramone would stagedive to.
Anyone a fan of this band?

Lol. They aren't bad. But not that good. Of course you pretend to like them. Lol. Gotta keep up your image!exitflagger wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 8:08 pm Better than literally every single band this board follows.

Seen em live at least once. Maybe more, I forget.
They aint all that. When I was really into Turbonegro, Gluecifer, shit like that I sort of liked them. But not all that much. Cause they were just ok.

They had a run of a few albums in the late 90’s early 00’s that had my attention. After that they got really tired sounding.

They have lost it a bit though in the last 15 years. Eddie Spaghetti`s throat cancer probably didn't help. But a very cool band!

I really liked them during their first 10 years or so and still listen to those albums of that time… I remember for a while back then they used to do their "big show"; They’d do a full set of their country/cow-punk stuff, take a short break and then do a full set of their rock music. Those were fun shows.

I enjoy them. I used to love them, but the last handful of time I saw them they were very forgettable. Eddie's cancer really hurt them. I have no idea how they still make money given the recent turnouts at the shows I have been to.

Some great fun stuff over the years. Never seen then live, but I'm in their corner.

How many espressos did you drink pinky up in the 90s while listening to these rodeo clowns?

They had some cool stuff maybe 20 years ago but haven't heard much about them since.
