Dry fire hydrants and firefighters had no water source to fight fires.
Lots of overgrowth of brush, but no controlled burns to prevent this from becoming what it is now.
A mayor on vacation is refusing to answer questions on live television and a governor posing for media shots.
Massive cuts at the fire stations 17 million +
But a considerable grant to libraries instead.
Zero containment, no resources, no leaders with a plan.
Anyone that voted these clowns in is responsible for this lack of leadership and should have known better after years of California going in the wrong direction.
There is no excuse for this nightmare. Come at me I don't care and if you do, your opinion is not valid to me.
Enough is enough!
Glad you are making such a bold and powerful stand on the Metal Sludge Gossip Board. You're really making a difference.

I'm sure "Brad Welp" was just as chill when Biden/FEMA were catching shit over North Carolina/Hurricane Helene.
Oh wait, he's a Fox News cultist whose only real principle is "Trump good, Biden bad"? Wow. Shocking development in MAGAtland.

Did I write simple enough words for you to understand? Or should I cut it down to one syllable words? Oh, and if you come to Canada I wouldn't wear a red hat or someone may take a shot at you.

Thank You for saying the quiet part out loud. I fully agree. Just like it’s Florida’s fault for voting Republicans in who can’t stop the hurricanes, and Texans faults for voting in Republicans who can’t stop the flooding and keep allowing fertilizer manufacturing plants to blow up. They are all a bunch of incompetent stooges. Burn it all down, We don’t need a government. Anarchy In The U.S.A., I say,katie1 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 6:33 pm This is what voting in incompetent leaders will get you!

I, too, escaped a wildfire with the same conditions. Ninety percent of our town was destroyed, and the lack of leadership in our blue state has left an ugly mark on us. FEMA was a joke and actually did more damage to our properties due to the lack of training and knowledge of debris removal. Our town came together and helped each other, and I’m sure the same will happen in California. Kudos to the first responders, who are the real heroes. The people who were voted into office show just how incapable they are. CNN
interviewed Newsom about the hydrants not producing water; his response was very predictable, and he passed the buck, of course!
