OK, Julain, I'm not too sure how you couldn't post here after you were already posting here, but whatever.

You apologized for the personal attacks (I accept). I appreciate it and likewise. I know you are not generally attacking me, but your friend was/is and you shutting me down by banning me kinda made it personal.

A couple things...

Yes, Andrew DID engage in posts implying the FBI thing was "about KISS videos". More than once. And I'm sure the FBI agents weren't "amused" to hear this was why they were at his house. he's also repeated claimed CG just made up some fake threat to call the cops on him, when there is a very real and very threatening email that I doubt anyone would just blow off. And NO I don't know who sent it, but anyone would be dumb as a rock to NOT think it was Andrew (at that time) considering the content and timing. yes, someone could have been "framing" Andrew or maybe Curt sent it himself. Who knows? but that would be beyond stupid ion his part. The POINT is that they didn't knock on anyone's door because of some KISS footage or they would be knocking on a shit-ton of doors by now.

No, I do not have CG "approve" every video I make. I've said OVER AND OVER that I want to be clear what he CLAIMS will get a strike so I don't waste my time. I never said I asked for documentation. Why would I? It's not mine either and I'm not trying to waste my time on videos (which I have in the past and yes, they were removed just like ANY OTHER CHANNEL). So, I really wish you'd stop with the "gotcha" about "special treatment" when I very clearly explained that I simply asked nicely and didn't act like an asshole and was allowed on one or two occasions to use a tiny bit of something. Some people need to learn that not being a fuckhead can go a long way sometimes. Now, do you see Cobo '76 shows of anything anywhere near that on my channel? Of course not. Posting THAT and not having it taken down (valid claim or not) would be the kind of special treatment you (and others) are implying. Daddy Curt has told me "no" MANY times and he's not gonna let me post stuff that he can make $$$ on (obviously). It is what it is.

Even with Andrew, Curt was polite at first and Andrew's bratty reaction is what started all of this, IMO. Necra too. He repeatedly challenged Gooch over stuff and had a "fuck you" attitude even when (Necra told me himself) Gooch offered to let him use it for a lot less than someone like KISS would pay. Necra's attitude was "fuck you" followed by non-stop shit-talking. I don't believe I've ever said or posted ANYTHING bad about Andrew's content or Necra's aside form a tiny jab at his horrible Elder thing that exactly zero people seemed to like. (He told me it was his least favorite KISS album and it showed. Why even do it then?)

Necra would ask me on FB if I thought Gooch would strike this or that if he posted it (like I am Curt's secretary or something). I told him "I don't know, why don't you ask him yourself?" to which he replied that Curt hated him for all the shit he said about him, etc. And I said "well, there is your answer"

As to how many times I have spoken to CG, with respect it is seriously nobody's fucking business, so I'd appreciate you not continuing to imply this means I am "doing something wrong". You talk to known liars and it's not my business how often.

I hate to keep going over and over this, but it is important even if most people think this is all just 13-year-old kid-stuff. Spending hundreds and hundreds of hours on projects just to have people try and dissuade fans from listening or watching based on some "guilt by association" BS is no joke to me. If ANYONE should understand this, Andrew should. For the last time, I TRY to play by the rules whether everyone else does or not (including CG). I can cry about it and start wars over what isn't mine and make enemies too. Or I can suck it up, do what doesn't start shit and make the best of it, which is what I decided to do instead. I really don't want to keep dragging this out because I'd like KISS fans to enjoy KISS videos (and not just MINE) and not this dumb drama that probably a dozen people give a shit about. All Andrew is doing is making himself look bad at this point. he didn't listen to Curt just like he didn't listen to KISS. That's his M.O. I guess. That resulted in him not being able to use the biggest platforms to get his work out to fans. And now because I didn't shoot myself in the foot he seems jealous or something. He once claimed he "was a fan" of my work on your boards (and even asked for my help) but then later called it "shitty A.I. videos" or something along those lines. The tools and my work have only gotten better, not worse, so that sure sounds like sour grapes to me (and probably everyone else). Not a good look for him, IMO. Same for Necra, who just posted a ridiculously hilarious petition to "boycott" the new Zeppelin film because Curt (you know the guy who doesn't own anything") has some footage in it along with his name in the credits. How is this NOT going to make him look stupid? it actually validates CG's claims to own footage that bands pay to license. I guess maybe he'll get 15 Zeppelin fans to hate CG now too? It's a start, I suppose.

Anyhow. I don't consider you or anyone else my "enemy" (NeonNitWit aside, and he's just a punching-bag I practice my ball-breaking on). I'd personally love a truce (not that there is any actual war here). It's pretty clear by now that more than a couple posters over at your house are seeing what an asshole Andrew is being towards me for no reason, and not everyone has apparently been notified that they are "not to like franKENstein videos or else", so I don't even need to beg to be unbanned.

Anyway, good luck and I really hope you don't go down with the ship because I actually do enjoy reading your boards when they aren't shitting on me. Hell, I even cross-checked your book a bit about some demo info for my Elder remix. Kinda funny that (and I honestly never read that part before) you and I came to the same conclusion about the name "Blackwell" which played pretty heavily into my revamped story line. Here is the "straight" (**or at least less gay) remixed version.

This one is more of a straight-forward mix with none of the extra re-worked demos, guest vocalist, altered lyrics, etc for anyone who'd like a less "theatrical" version. I chose the original U.S. version because IMO, it is the far superior running order. Story aside, which is pretty vague anyway, this was "my" Elder from 1981 until 1997 when the remastered version was released, and I personally believe the record company made the right call. Musically speaking it is perfectly balanced, and I see it as "The Oath" setting the scene then the rest going back to tell the backstory before wrapping things up. "The Oath" is arguably the strongest opener since DRC opened Destroyer and the remastered version just feels extremely lopsided with so much of the heavier songs lumped together in the 2nd half.

There are some changes aside from the remix itself like a couple hard-endings instead of fades, and some slight drums additions/changes in a couple spots ("Just A Boy" for example), but most things here are like the original album. Most importantly, I put "the balls" back in, which we know the Elder could always use more of.

Either way, I've uploaded it in single song clips so you can pretty easily make a playlist in whichever order you prefer.

I also decided to include the "Prologue" I constructed for the expanded version just to help set it up. It is easily skippable if you'd rather go straight to "The Oath"

So, just because I'm not allowed to post at the FAQ, I wanted to (once again) address some comments made by Andrew at the FAQ: It is a Loooong story and a long post. If you don't care to read it, DON'T. No one has to be an asshole. Some of you like this little drama. Lies are in RED for easier reading.

Lies. Andrew posted in Necra's FB group saying my Largo sounded like it was mixed through a "tin can". He also posted on the FAQ calling my work "shitty AI videos". I guess that didn't work so he then started with the personal attacks trying to make me into "Gooch Jr".

Andrew contacted me about helping clean up some footage for his RISE TO IT video which I did and sent him some cleaned up footage. This was the only conversation we ever had and honestly my main goal at the time was to see what the copy of PHANTOM that was on one of those lists looked like because I was deep into my fan edit of the film and the original TV version looks terrible compared to the Attack version from KISSology. He said he didn't have that (or just about anything else I asked about) **RED FLAG**. He later admitted he never bought a hard drive or whatever. It was also during this conversation that I asked about KISS telling him not to use the footage for his RISE TO IT projects. His attitude was basically "I'll find a way" and that he didn't care what they said.**RED FLAG**

Remember, at this time I was just like most fans thinking Gooch was a rip-off artists and I wanted to see the leaked stuff just like everyone else. Whether he used the stuff I sent him, I don't know, but the stuff in his final film looks EXACTLY like the work I did. I usually put an "easter egg" or two on there to identify my work, so whether it was mine or someone who cleaned up mine I can't say, but I really don't care. It just made me question his honesty even more. I may be wrong about him using my stuff so I'm not going to make a big deal about that.

It was AFTER these things that CG contacted ME. "Andrew's "got in touch with Gooch" implies this was MY doing. Curt did a take-down strike against my old ANACRUSIS channel which I had for years before I started playing around with the KISS stuff. I didn't want to lose my long-time channel over this and knew he lurked at the FAQ. I posted an "open letter" to him there saying I honestly didn't know what he claimed ownership of and could he please tell me so I didn't lose my channel over this. He found my number through my YT channel and left a voicemail. I called him back and he basically explained to me what he would and wouldn't strike. He explained what he did as far as licensing and it made sense to me since I already knew this about him in general sense since we all knew he had licensed stuff to KISS. He also told me a little about Andrew and why they were in this big drama together. I decided I would NOT try and "prove" anything by going to war over KISS footage because I had to take down things already that I spent a LOT of time on.

I'm not sure if I expressed my doubts about some of the allegations at that time or what but Andrew never attempted to contact me again like he somehow "knew" (or thought) I had taken Curt's "side" or something. I DID take Andrew's decision to continue to work on RISE TO IT against KISS' direct disapproval into account and didn't really want to do work for anything that wouldn't see the light of day or that was against the direct wishes of the band.

it was Andrew who never tried to contact me again. And why is it that Necra and I still spoke like 2 years later until he decided to ban me from his FB group after I posted my 3 Sides Interview there? Why did Andrew's good friend Necra still talk to a "Gooch supporter" all that time?

I have said over and over I wasn't around any of that pre-hard drive stuff and didn't know a single one of the players in that little circle of collectors/traders/"hoarders". I felt like Andrew's attitude aligned with what I had been told and it made a LOT of sense why Andrew had begun a mission to destroy Gooch's credibility with the KISS fans and others. I've also said that Gooch doing ANY strikes against stuff that he had no legitimate claim to was WRONG and told him this directly. Yeah, a lot of that inner circle hate Gooch, but I don't know what that's about and it really doesn't concern me. You'd be pretty shocked at what some truly hardcore KISS fans would consider unforgivable sins.

Back to the SL thing...as soon as I started to ask ANY questions about the whole Sam Loomis story I was immediately shut down by Julian and Andrew (and others). Julian banned me for total nonsense reasons and knowing he and Andrew are friends I saw that he was basically shutting down anyone that questioned the SL claims which to me just added more suspicion. In Andrew's world if you don't 100% believe someone who has lied right there on the board, you automatically "support Gooch". What he really is doing here is trying to silence ME and get fans to dislike ME (guilt by association) because I am someone who "supports" a "liar/thief/psycho". I'll get this more in a minute.

No one needs a "snitch" to see what people are putting up. Same for the FAQ. I am banned and still read the board. Why would I have to run to Curt???

Mr "film-maker" is the one trying to "make a name for himself" and HATES it when someone else steal's his spotlight. I have been writing, recording and releasing original music since the '80s and would honestly rather be recognized for my own music than being known as "that guy who screws around with old KISS stuff".

Also, Andrew and necra are both allowed to talk shit, post their stuff and talk about their projects on the FAQ, which is the biggest forum to reach the KISS community. I am not. Andrew does the FAQ podcast regularly. Do you think Julian would have me on to discuss my projects? So, who is "silenced" here? Sometimes others will post my stuff there and are immediately attacked. Whoever it was that posted my ELDER remix videos and was immediately intimidated into taking it down, only to finally tell everyone to fuck off...GOOD FOR YOU. Julian acted like "allowing" my stuff there was a big favor. He KNOWS it's gonna be shit on my Andrew's little fan club, which I suspect is the only reason he allows it in the first place. He has said in the past that he "should not" allow it to be posted. Like I did ANYTHING to him or any of those guys.

Yet, 2 seconds after this Andrew was RIGHT there backing up Necra's BS claims while making the "mixed through a tin can" comment about my Largo show and encouraging others to not watch my stuff. Banning me doesn't mean I won't see/hear the shit talking, guys. I don't post anything I wouldn't say right to anyone's face.

After I helped Necra with his Ozzy thing, I made the mistake of sharing the 3-sides interview about my HTH remix in the fan/bootleg group (you know, since we are all such a big supportive family, LOL) and suddenly I was banned and the shit talking began. Jealous much, Necra?

(plus, it's been done and done before). His attitude was "fuck Gooch, I'm gonna do it anyway". You can guess what the result was. His attitude is just like Andrew's. "I'll do what I want". And THAT is why they put a target on their back. And you gotta love the "we're all one big happy family". Necra hate's Mick's work and was kicked out of FB groups for saying so. I don't think either of them likes anything that they don't do themselves, but they will pretend to be cool if they need something. I predict as soon as one of them pisses off the other that romance will come to a screeching halt also.
