Yeah, as rough as it looks, my issues are with the setlist, like other people have mentioned. At least it's not a third Zepplin, like it was, but this might be your last tour, and a quarter of the set isn't even your songs? What are we doing here? These aren't even songs you're famous for having covered, it's not like Disturbed doing Sounds of Silence or Van Halen doing Pretty Woman.

And they do a stupid medley of Alone halfway and then switch to What About Love guitar solo and finish that song with just the chorus repeating. What the hell, play both songs in their entirety. Too busy playing No Quarter and I Heard It Through the Grapevine and other stupid shit.

Yeah they’re real butthurt about the 80s stuff because they supposedly were too commercial and too sexy in the videos boo hoo. They weren’t complaining when they were selling millions of records after a few years of garbage albums and diminishing sales.

They’re funny about the lyrics of All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You, Ann calls it that creepy song. It’s a song for god’s sake it’s not autobiographical. No one thinks she really picked up a hitchhiker for a fuck and had his kid.

That was their last big hit, I’m sure people would rather hear that or There’s The Girl or If Looks or Kill etc instead of oddball cover tunes they didn’t even have on records. Heart 85 sold five million copies, that’s way more than any of the early albums ever did.

I would love to see Heart do a set of all s/t-Bad Animals- Brigade - Desire Walks On. Throw in the odd new song, Barracuda and ONE Zep cover - Rock and Roll as it is on one of their albums - to make them happy.

At least half the show is classic 70s Heart. They play 3 or 4 of their 80s hits, and a couple of Zep covers. I'm not going to pay to see this, but how would this not make most Heart fans happy? Sure, drop a Nancy solo song for "Kick It Out" and that's an improvement, but that isn't a huge change. If Ann can't sing anymore and the band plays like shit, fine, but this isn't a bad setlist by any means. No worse than any of their other setlists for the past decade at least.

Why the hell are they playing any covers at all? It makes no sense. There’s dozens of great Heart songs they could be playing instead. I doubt anyone going to a show is interested in hearing covers.

Damn... I thought their talk show appearances last year pre-chemo were rough (where she sat down while performing).... she couldn't hold any notes (she did hit most of them though).

It definitely sounds like a handicap of circumstance rather than abuse.
The throne idea is apt.
Maybe if she was able to sit on a bar stool type thing where her legs could extend....she might be able to sing better.
