This is actually a fantastic and in depth 24 minute episode. Highly recommended. Usually anything having to do with ticketing I just say "WRONG, WRONG, WRONG" but this is pretty accurate if as always not the whole picture.

Of course the most interesting thing to me is getting a peek at what the actual brokers are doing because usually these are closely guarded secrets.
