President (new band)- In The Name Of The Father

Cool new band I stumbled upon called President, I’m guessing the mask is a younger President Reagan, looks creepy, need to watch a few more times to focus on the bandmembers to see what their masks and costumes are. The song is a banger though! Hope they don’t end up having a lot of sleepy songs like Sleep Token. I wanna hear more 🤘

This is similar to another band called DIPSHIT where the lead singer wears a Trump mask.

Their idiot fans wear stupid red hats emblazoned with DIPSHIT in big letters.

Perfect for you.

Lead singer is apparently Charlie Simpson from the band Fightstar. That seems to be the general consensus from what I've seen.

Never heard of them, but I like this band so far. Happen to stumble on them by accident. New song dropped today, the singer takes off his mask at he end of the video

Not clicking on anything. Just passing through to notate the infantile sentence structure and excitement of garbage exhibited in this and any thread CumOfMan starts.

Not bad. Guy sings with some melody. A little too synth-tracky, but overall better than much of the current gen of screaming hard rock.

I like the concept with the singer being a "President" but this is pure shit.

The band is generic. It sounds like all the other emotionless crap out there today. They created a decent gimmick but there's no substance to the music. I also feel a little like they stole from Ghost a bit with the singer wearing the human face mask etc.

2025 is a great time to be a musician. No originality is required, no talent either. The singer (if you really want to call him that) has vocals that are so effect laden and synthesized that he doesn't even have to be able to sing...at all. Listening to this band I still don't know what the singers voice sounds like because it's buried!

I don't really care if you can't sing. A lot of punk bands had singers that didn't have great voices, but they were raw and pure. They had attitude and I knew what their voices sounded like. The singer of this band sounds like a machine, not a human.

No thanks!

This shit has no humanity in it at all...ZERO!!!

If A.I. were to make some shitty throwaway music, it would be this. It's just shit.

Couldn’t agree more!
Is this the first AI Metal band?
Just the fact that they got booked on Download Festival before even releasing anything just reeks ”fake”.
If the songs were any good, I’d give the PR team props but it’s just pure autotune garbage.
Ghost & Slipknot wear masks but they did however work for their succes!
