1998 - not sure who is on drums and lead guitar. Band in the midst of post grunge and playing newer material along with the DRFSR/Cherry Pie stuff. Credit due, the band kept going in this era. A huge style clash.

Appears Keri Kelli played lead. Jani and the band still sounds good, crowd is having a blast. Jani is completely loaded and sorts rambling about stuff through the show. Goes into the crowd and starts going off with profanity. “He called me out!”

Oddly enough in desperation , Warrant covered Lit “My Own Worst Enemy” - was this a half hearted attempt to get a tour slot with a new, more relevant band in 2000!?

That's Rick Steir from Kingdom Come on lead guitar in the 1998 footage. I think it's Bobby Borg on drums?
I saw the 1998 show a month later, December 1998, in Albuquerque and remember the extended intro with the C+C Music Factory music and "lets get ready to rumble!" announcement.
