Derek Day (the "American Idol-like Fancy Boy Vocalist) is great. And not an Idol clone by any stretch.
Is this the gig for him? Should they be doing this? Not for me to answer. I think Jon E still has it and for what its worth, sounds good.

A good song is a good song. I like Derek and if it were down my street, I'd check it out, but Jizzy has those songs in his DNA, and vice versa.

But I don't fault anyone from wanting to do this, Love/Hate is a cool band. The "legalities" of a Jon E Love/Hate is another question.
