Well, if he averages around 10k and can keep costs say $6000 per show he`s doing pretty good. If he is smart he won`t go cheap with the back-up band. No doubt a lot of people show up thinking it`s the original line-up or at least with Stephen singing. But if "fake Ratt" is able to win over much of the crowd perhaps the 10k guarantees will continue the next tour.
Otherwise it`s a one time around cash-grab.
