Any date after 2000, the laws against doing formerly "taboo" drugs have been on a downward spiral. In some states, even heroin possession/use has been decriminalized. Even at that, who cares if someone chooses to do a drug that may not be considered wise by others. Live and let live. Live and let die. One of his sons is about to marry famous actress Millie Bobbie Brown who's basically still a teenager. There won't be any public drama there. She's very, very famous and he is a nepo baby.
