Whatever Ramsey... what about the world tour?

I think he's like Carlos from Stonebreed in that he believes a show at Sam Ash and then one at a dive bar across town constitutes a "world tour." (I recalled when Carlos started a thread about Stonebreed going on tour and they were all shows in the LA area.)

I wonder if the former members of Stonebreed who parted ways with Carlos are still looking for a frontman. That could be Ramsey's big break!

i just returned from a world tour with my cover band...we played in north carolina last sat...

Hmm...driving from your home to the gas station or Starbucks or wherever to the venue, and then from there to Taco Bell for some late night dinner and then back home is *technically* traveling in a part of the world. But you don't have to do any cheesy editing to add fans in videos of your shows, unlike Ramsey.

Off topic, but do you use that same drum set for your bar band/cover gigs?? Its an awesome set-up! But goddamn... you must spend and hour setting up and another hour tearing down... Thats mega commitment... I also play drums and when I did the cover gigs, it was just the classic Steven Adler set-up... 10 minutes and ready to rock lol... Kudos if thats what you do every time... but wow... ANNND, do the other guys fret when you take up the whole band/stage area in the smaller bars? lol... I been curious about that for a long time!

i actually have 6 different kits and all are full dbl bass kits and i ALWAYS use dbl bas unless the stage just wont accommodate them....i have played dbl bass since 1981 and it has just always been ''me'' plus there is nothing quite so killer looking as a full dbl bass set up on stage....so yes,,,always dbl bass for me...
