I'd agree with this. I'm a lawyer, and obviously I haven't seen all of the evidence or spent a ton of time reading and analyzing the court documents online, the bottom line is that if the partnership did not follow proper protocol when booting Juan, then he remained a member of the partnership all of this time. If Juan did not consent to the transfer to WBS, then the transfer is invalid. Regardless of whether all parties THOUGHT Juan was properly booted at the time, if they did not follow the proper steps that they set forth in the partnership agreement, then Juan was never properly terminated.

Which means that sometimes, even when you fuck up hard, the gods of righteousness come back to set things straight. Not terminating Juan properly might be the best business move they have made in the last 25 years.

The summary judgment was the motion that Juan was successful with. Bobby's guy filed a motion for reconsideration, but as one of the other people in this thread noted, someone said in the comments on Bob's FB page that those are rarely successful, as judges are not inclined to reverse their previous decision. This is accurate. The evidence had better be damn convincing.

BUT......if Juan's interest in the partnership was never properly terminated (and keep in mind that THEY determined the process for termination in their agreement, so at the very least they should adhere to what was agreed upon), then he did not consent to the transfer to WBS, and the transfer would therefore be invalid. Shoddy business practices may actually save RATT and serve to fuck Bob in the end.

Maybe he is still sitting on some money though, since he deducts all expenses and pays his loyal employees in the rears.

Is it normal for a judge to take a set aside motion under submission?

There are a number of reasons why a judge takes a case under submission. Sometimes they want to do further research (or have their clerk to it). Sometimes they do not want to announce the decision in the courtroom in case one of the parties gets upset. Sometimes, based on the facts in front of him, and the chance the losing party will appeal, he wants to have all of his reasons spelled out in writing to establish a stronger record. You cannot read anything bad into the fact that a judge takes a case under submission.

He released mutiple Mickey Ratt shit over the years. But Pearcy recently filed for the trademark of Ratt N Roll in July of 2016.
