Motley with Skid Row if Sebastian ever was allowed back in would be huge as well.

Wasnt Journey (JCain) also talking about doing a stadium tour in 2024 the past couple months?
That POS Cain would want a Journey/Kid Rock/Ped Nugent tour.

Motley could team up with Aerosmith or Sammy Hagar and do well. Not sure who adds value as the third band. A reunited Heart?

I dont think Sammy would add much. He doesnt even play arenas.

Listen, I'm trying. There isn't much to work with here. Who else is left? Firehouse?

Sammy still sounds good and does solid business. Here in Vegas, he sold out the Pearl Theater quickly and could've done a second night no problem.

The same crowd that came out for the Stadium tour last year would love him on triple bill. You can't go wrong with Van Halen songs live in the summer.
I'm not saying he isn't a draw or wouldn't be a good addition, just adding him to a Motley bill isn't going to bump it up to stadiums.

Honestly and this is no slight to Motley, Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett but I still can't believe they played stadiums and in a number cities multiple nights.

I like all those bands but it really blows my mind.

It's going to be tough finding a Leppard replacement for the hits. They moved the stage up in Syracuse and closed the upper level in Columbus for the shows coming up this August with Cooper. Not as hot a seller this summer. I'd say if they go for it again, Billy Idol and Scorpions. That's about it really.
I can't see many packages that are going to have the appeal of the Leppard and Poison for the first time. Especially on the heels of the Dirt and kids coming out who'd never seen them live. Now those kids have seen them and realize they suck even on tape.

Kiss would actually be perfect. Don't count out Doc McGhee easily selling Gene and Paul on 25 more stadium shows due to overwhelming demand. They could use the same line as Motley and wanted to do it for the kids who never had a chance. Gene can read some letters. When's the biopic coming out?

Another angle is seeing that there's nowhere to go but down is to just do it on their terms and play small, intimate venues, and then back to arenas in b markets the next cycle like the stadium tour next existed.

Nikki: "You know what...we did the stadium thing, so now it's time to take it back to the streets where it all started with some live in your face rock".

Ozzy / Motley / Ratt / Lita:

They can each play a full album (Bark / Shout / Cellar) celebrating the 40/41st anniversaries of those records. Force Lita to play Runaway songs only.

Ozzy can't stand up but that's fine, get a new Ronnie the Midget to wheel him out and around the stage.

If anything, it will be a younger band(s) so Motley can appear hip and modern.

Motley Crue / Machine Gun Kelly / Greta van Fleet sounds about right.

how about Motley Crue / Nickelback

Yeah, and they will hardly play second fiddle to Motley Crue.

This makes sense.
At the same time it would be hilarious.
The neverending tapes tour. Imagine the press conference announcing this tour. Would they even dare to announce this in public themselves? At this point the jokes already write themselves.

Maybe they’d sell out stadiums together with Ratt if they call it a ”Farewell Tour”, this time it’s the last time to be able to see them live…!

It'll have to be a much bigger band than Motley are at this point.
Are they willing to play second fiddle to GNR/ACDC/etc?

Correct. I doubt he could pull in 500. Everyone stands with Mick until it's time to buy a ticket to a solo gig supporting an album that is never coming out.

The only thing that Crue’s done right of late is dump Mick. They should’ve dumped him 30 years ago.”But his tone on the first 5 studio albums… “ Yeah, yeah no shit, and I agree.

But since then he’s contributed very little to the recordings, and he’s always been a live show liability. He looks horrible and always has. He’s the one nerd in a band of cool guys.

GnR play stadiums on their own.
Except the stadiums are getting smaller compared to the first go around for GNR. They played Nissan Stadium here in Nashville back in 2016, seating capacity of 60,000 plus. This time around they are playing the soccer stadium with Carrie Underwood of all people, seating capacity is only 30,000.
