Other than the title song, they haven't really played anything from DtL since the 80s. I'd rather hear No More and Adam's Apple anyway.

Yep. No question. There are not many hardcore Rocks fans still dying to see Aerosmith in 2023. It being their last hurrah tour doesn't change that. It just means that more 50 year old soccer moms with their husband's money who loved "that song from that movie" will put on their Bedazzled jeans, hop into the Escalade, stop at TGI Fridays for some pre-show margs, and go scream along to "Cryin'" and "IDWMAT" while being totally surprised that Aerosmith even has songs like "Rats."
But, the setlist also pretends to ignore that they made any more music after 1998 while skipping Nine Lives entirely. So pretending that the GAG era is somehow the sweet spot for their current fan base is silly... like ijw said, they're an old band for old people, and they put together a set that covered their prime years as equitably as possible.
Not really, 9 Lives was a sales let down after the trilogy before it. Then, the soundtrack song came. That tune is here. So, that era is represented well. Even the original era is missing tune from Draw the Line.

They did Draw The Line in Vegas once or twice, and it was ... not good.

Herp derp they shouldn't play their biggest hit because I'm old and don't like it and probably have no problem with Bon Jovi ballads!!!!

When you have that many BIG hits, there's not much room to play anything else.

Great setlist - very good mix of deep cuts for the hardcore fans and a dose of their big hits for the casuals.

Can’t wait to see them in Toronto!

Maybe I'm more forgiving because they never really toured Europe heavily, but to me this looks fine. I'd always leave the show happy if it featured about 10 songs from the 70's.

Same. Never seen them live and this set list looks fine to me

Where's Dude Looks Like a Lady? What it Takes? Same Old Song and Dance? Mama Kin? Crazy? The Other Side? Eat the RIch? I know I leaning a lot towards their later hits, but wow...it's amazing how many songs are left out.

Good for them for having a lifetime of hits. Go it you wanna go. I'm sure it'll be a good time.

As for the Black Crowes opening... I like that first record but I had comp tickets to see them at a casino show and literally walked out after a few songs it was so boring. Granted, if I paid for the tickets I'm sure I would've stayed.
Do you think before you type?

You really think with their age and health they will do the two separate shows like Metallica are doing? Good grief!

Rag Doll
Cryin'
Love in an Elevator
Remember (Walking in the Sand)
Stop Messin' Around
Hangman Jury

I Don't Want to Miss a Thing
Sweet Emotion
Dude (Looks Like a Lady)

Encore:
Dream On
Walk This Way

She didn't go to this one. I brought a guy friend. She did go with me to see the residency pre-pandemic. She grew up in the '90s, so she knew the newer stuff. "Cryin'" got the best reaction out of her.

Night two they added Same Old Song and Dance in the #2 spot - same remaining songs with the order changing a bit (for the better in my opinion)

Apparently Combination was on the setlist but Joe played Stop Messing Around anyways

No "Dude..." on this tour? That's one of their classic hits.

Weird, I'm 44 yet hate the MTV Superfecta ballads and that whole era, basically. Gimme everything up to and including Pump.

I skipped the Rolling Alllman Led Crowes Band's set when I saw Aerosmith in 1990. No regrets.
