has it gone to court yet? pre indictment means it happens before the trial doesn't it?

Well written. I was there backstage at all that stuff with an artist and you’re spot on. Freddy and I were acquaintances, not friends. I have at least one friend that got swindled…

I am sure, there have been SOME court-dates for sure... but... now that he has plead guilty, he will avoid an actual Court Trial.

Him pleading guilty, will ensure he gets sentenced, but for how long, we will wait and see.

Bump bump. Surprised in this forum there aren’t more people that were around Farm Rock etc back then. Not the greatest turnouts but all the sludge bands. And yes, Bach was a dick.

I was looking for old Chicago Trib or Sun Times or Illinois Entertainer stories from 2001-03 about Hairbangers Ball. No luck. I went to those first shows at Joes on Weed St, I lived a few blocks away. I met Freddy back then.

That band is still playing out. Not with the success of Hairball, but keeping it going with newer musicians.
