The Rolling Stones - Tumbling dice live Texas 1978 (Remastered)

The one that started it all. Spreading gossip and insults since 1998.

The Rolling Stones - Tumbling dice live Texas 1978 (Remastered)

This sounds absolutely fantastic. To think 45 years later these guys are going back out to play their songs. The tone is just crunchy and raw. While Mick is fascinating as ever 15 years into his career, it’s the Charlie Watts pocket of this song that just absolutely crush it.

Great concert, I have the show on both DVD and CD. Not gonna run out and buy any remasters though.

This tour film is much better than the one that followed it.

I just came from that snare tone.

Thanks for sharing. I’m not the biggest Stones fan but this is probably my favorite Stones song and never bothered to check out any live performances other than the one I saw a few years ago on Charlie’s last tour. This makes me want to go down the rabbit hole and become a bigger fan.

Very lame, especially when he still had his 60’s haircut, didn’t really match.
