any 80s tour this summer?

Post by thunderdan »

any package going out? would do good business if motley and def lep off. poison off. the skid row/warrant w/quiet riot "right to rock" tour or whatever it was called was a great show, solid 3k sellout or close. anyone going out? cinderella w/la guns and faster pussycat was good package but didn't come down here.

Crue is doing the festival circuit, so I'd guess there will be "rock" nights with hopefully some cool openers.

Not 80's, but P!NK w/ support from Sheryl Crow doing stadiums. Odd pairing, however, I like it.

I’d go see Sheryl Crow in a club…if my wife really wanted to go. Would need to be a Saturday night. Under a 30 minute drive. Tickets under $40.

Always looked at Pink as a diesel dyke. Target market is girls that aren’t sure about their sexuality. At the same time, I can’t name a song of hers off the top of my head.

But, Cowpins…I know you love it! Not bashing you on your odd /questionable taste!!! You go girl!!!

Dude! P!NK and her touring band are fucking awesome and 100% live. Like, extending intro's and fucking up lyrics and laughing about it, live. Hard, edgy pop and she's a damn good performing. She's flying over my head and I'm like, "what the fuck is going on right now?" Enjoy your three chord Dokken riffs!

Agree. Idk how she's lasted so long past her early-oughts heyday... guess the gays are a loyal bunch.

This is the correct answer ^^^^^
Watched her documentary on amazon I believe in 2021. She was great. Showed band. Touring. Things going wrong. And how it comes together.

She also really takes care of her band. She had planned to take 2020 before the world shutdown. Word is she took of her band to ensure they were set.
I’m completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. These two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death.

I hear programmers are working on data for a KISS 80s Concert in time for a summer tour.
For the meet & greet, you get a picture and video of yourself as an actual member of the band.

I'm pretty sure that's a one off at Mohegan Sun. The "one original member maximum" tour.
