F#@k these animals... pure garbage... they will be found, and arrested.

However... our sad system will allow these animals to roam freely and commit more crimes.

This kid simply wanted a photo with a artist he paid to see, a VIP ticket too boot... but ended up in critical condition with a brain bleed.

The only thing I can see that the fan did wrong, is to approach (walk, or run up on) all these guys in the alley behind a club with his phone up in their faces.

They could've been doing something "questionable" or even in a private conversation or meeting, and the guy walks up "Hey guys, can I take a photo?"

Animal #1 totally sucker-punches him from the back/side, and after he's already KO'd out cold but still standing stiff, catches 2 more heavy shots to the face from animal #2... then when he falls 100% limp and his head cracks the cement.

The artist named NARDO, and he actually pulls the 2nd guy back from doing more damage, but it's too late, the kid was already out on the ground.

He also seems remorseful, but says he can't control what his "friends" do... in time, with any amount of success, he might find that to be the time to cut loose some of those so-called friends... or he too, will be in the same position as them!

Pure garbage... ghetto, thug, animals... call it whatever you want... they fit all the aforementioned!

And yes... the fan was a 20 year old White kid, and the assailants were Black... shocking I know.

2:35 PM PT -- A spokesperson for Tampa PD tells us "detectives reached out to the performer" ... though a source close to Nardo Wick says the two sides have not yet spoken.

Nardo Wick is finally speaking out after members of his entourage were seen brutally attacking a fan who simply wanted a photo ... saying the whole thing left him upset, but claiming there was nothing he could have done to stop it.

NW just took to Instagram to post an explanation of how he says he handled things immediately following the disgusting sucker punch. The rapper says he doesn't condone what happened, and reached out to the fan's mom to express how sorry and concerned he was over what went down.

Then he gets into the cowardly members of his team, writing, "I cant control another grown man actions, I ain't know that was gone happen, and I was mad when it happened."

Nardo goes on, "I tried to stop it as u can see in the video, and if somebody got the longer video you can see how mad I was, I love and appreciate all my fans and don't condone what happened at all dat s*** ain't gangsta or cool in no type of way."

TMZ broke the story, George Obregon Jr., a 20-year-old fan of Nardo, approached the rapper after his show in Tampa Sunday night to ask for a photo.

In video, obtained by TMZ, you see one member of NW's entourage punch George from the side while another punches him straight on ... we're told George suffered a severe concussion and brain bleed.

We've obtained Instagram messages from Nardo to George's mom as well as directly to George following the attack, you can see the rapper's upset over what happened.

Nardo's mom, who also works as his manager, was also in touch with George's mom ... getting updates on his medical condition.

A spokesperson from the Tampa Police Department tells us they're asking for help identifying the men who punched George.

In his social media post, Nardo Wick does not mention the men by name, nor clarify if he's been speaking with the police to identify the men to help bring justice to his fan who only wanted a photo.

Nardo Wick Fan Beatdown Suspects Surrender in Vicious Attack Against Fan

Two men accused of throwing punches in the brutal beatdown of a Nardo Wick fan have turned themselves into police ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the suspects -- 34-year-old Zachary L. Benton and a 15-year-old male turned themselves in to Tampa PD Friday night. They are charged with felony battery. The 15-year-old is also charged with minor in possession of a firearm while wearing a mask.

We're told the two suspects reached out to Nardo's team earlier this week to discuss logistics of surrender. That's interesting ... they had enough of a connection to reach out to someone from Nardo's team.

TMZ broke the story ... video shows Nardo fan George Obregon Jr. walking up to the rapper after a show, and getting ambushed and sucker punched by two people who were walking out of the venue with Nardo. Cops tell us Benton is the one who first punched Obregon and the 15-year-old ran over and punched him several more times.

George's mom told us her 20-year-old son was just seeking a photo with Nardo when he was attacked. He was taken to the critical care unit of a hospital with a severe concussion and brain bleed. We do not know his current condition.

Nardo apologized for the incident but blamed the other men ... saying he can't control how grown men react. He also said he was upset by the whole incident.

Cops released photos of the suspects Wednesday, saying they were wanted for allegedly having direct involvement in a felony battery.
