def leppard/journey/steve miller band/cheap trick i heard. steve miller is great but they don't fit in really but joan jett didn't and it worked out. i read will be announced today? is this the lineup, if so what do you guys think of the tour in baseball stadiums?

I heard it was Def Leppard, Journey and Heart which seems like a better lineup to me assuming it's both of the sisters and they play a mix of both 70's and 80's stuff.

Steve Miller, Cheap Trick, and Heart will be on select shows. They're not all gonna be on the same show. Heart is only doing 3 shows, Cheap Trick is only doing 4, and Steve Miller is doing the rest. Kind of weak. If all 5 bands were together, then that would be good.

Both acts are beyond overexposed, played out, have nothing new or exciting to offer, cater to the exact same overweight shed audiences year after year, are not able to get a new audience due to age and suckage, and suddenly they headline stadiums?!?

I understand the special attraction of Motley/Poison/Leppard a couple of years back draw these stadiums, but this?!? Are you f'n kidding me?!? They won't be able to give away enough tickets to fill these buildings and eventually all tix will be $10.

Oh yeah. I've seen him with Journey and with Gregg Alman. It's one of those shows where you know every damned song even if you didn't know you knew the song before he came out on stage. Pretty energetic performance as well.
