Where did u get trashed, and what made u go to the gym acting like a clown?

Did you do any crazy shit at the fuckin gym? Maybe started humping random chicks there? Maybe walk into the women's locker room? Did u injure yourself while tryin' to lift weights while trashed??

Yeah. Years ago. Ex wife suddenly wanted to go on a random Saturday. Asked if I'd been drinking (I had been at the neighborhood pool for hours). I said I hadn't and we went.

After about 20 minutes she got mad that I'd lied. Apparently my sweat smelled like booze. Bad.

Nothing crazy happened.

That's my only story. Sorry it didn't involve me throwing dumbells or falling on a treadmill.

I remember doing that back in the day, leaving a bar with my bud and going directly to the gym. Drunk strength - Did no stretches and put double plates on the bench as some sort of insane starter. I might have done 3 reps and some guy came up to me and said, you 'warm up' with double plates?

I've played hockey drunk a few time times, but it's Canada so that's kind of normal. I played in one tournament where all the water bottles on the bench were filled with straight vodka. They call it "Beer League " up here for a reason.

Never drunk but BITD I would lift weights all the time while high. I thought it was great for zoning out and just concentrate on whatever it was I lifting that day. I’m old and beat up now and sometimes when I’m real lucky I can throw my back out doing simple shit like bending down to put plates in the dishwasher. Come to think of it maybe that wasn’t the best idea.

Before that yrs and yrs of carrying heavy equipment.
I’ve got a small gym on site, but since I tore a tendon 18 months ago, it’s hard to do too much heavy lifting with my left arm.
I have lost 40lbs over the last 2-3 yrs.

I never go to the gym, but I've run a few races over the years. I once "ran" a half marathon (13.1 miles) drunk back in 2013. Can't say I'd ever do it again, and it wasn't to be "cool", but I had two events back to back.

The race was on a Saturday morning and I registered earlier that year. Months later, one of my favorite heavy metal bands at the time (Texas Hippie Coalition) announced a tour date that Friday night. I wasn't going to skip either one, so we went to the show and partied with the band all night.

I went directly to the race start that morning on no sleep, still drunk, determined to finish the entire thing. I winged it, threw up during the race, but crossed the finish line. I was far from the last one too, even if it was mostly fat people that finished behind me.

Then I went directly to McDonald's and devoured eight cheeseburgers on the way home.
