Yes. More than two toppings qualifies as a meal.

Love mine with bib lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and balsamic dressing. If I need protein, fried tofu chunks work great.

I have a crispy Thai chicken salad most days for lunch. Delicious and only 180 calories. Helped me drop 15 lbs....

I eat pasta salads every day. They are tasty, filling and good for maintaining a healthy weight. Also they are cheap and prepacked. They are made local, and have a short shelf life. I take one to work every day. Eat them on weekends too. About a half of it is vegetables such as lettuce and kale. They are definately a meal. They give lots of energy too.

Cobb salads are great too. Egg, cheese, chicken, and bacon.

Zaxby's Cobb Zalad is incredible. For a salad.

Any time food is served and consumed it's a meal by definition. So yes, a salad is a meal.

Most people load up salads so they have more calories than a cheeseburger pizza, plus salad dressings have a TON of calories.

I have a nicoise salad a couple of times a week in summer, lightly dressed with balsamic and olive oil. Plenty filling, plenty healthy, easy to prep. Superb.

Caesar salad heavy on the anchovies twice a week here. Food of the Gods.

The salad at the Olive Garden kicks ass. Mrs. Fender and I went there night before last and went to town on the salad and breadstick ahead of our meal.

Salad for lunch all the time. Salad as a dinner is boring.
