This is interesting.Jendell Productions LLS bought the home in November 2000, for $650,000. The company then signed the house over to Frehley Feb. 19, 2004, according to the Westchester Clerk's Office.
He bought the house from his own company?
I am assuming Jendell Productions is his company, the coincidence in the name is too much.
