I doubt anyone outside Canada ever heard this, but it was all over MuchMusic in 1990. Horrible, horrible song. I apologize in advance..

Funny. That's the first one that came to mind for me. Didn't like it then. Don't like it now.

Burn. It. With. Fire.

Here's one that I woke up to yesterday morning: "What If God Was One of Us". Blech!

"Lump" is worse than that one, though both are horrible ear worms. I knew some guys in high school who loved that "Peaches" song and band. Yeah...

Is the “And I would walk 500 miles” song considered alternative? If so, that’s right up there for me.

There's a part of "Mmmm x 4" that I like quite a bit: The bridge, where it goes "But both girl and boy were glad..."

I also like how he says "church": CHORCH.
