I don’t listen to either but I’m tired of hearing how Beyoncé needs to win album of the year.

Lots of legendary artists never won a single Grammy, forget album of the year.

People say the Boomers and Miillenials act entitled. But Kanye and Jay Z do a great job representing how entitled we Gen Xers really are.

Taylor is a better songwriter, but Beyoncé's ability to collaborate with a diverse group of songwriters, musicians and producers has certainly contributed to the acclaim of her recent albums (Lemonade is a masterpiece).

Not a fan of either, but there is something about Beyonce that annoys me more than the things that annoy me about Taylor. When she was in Destiny's Child, I thought she was HOT AF, and there were a couple of tunes I could stand on the local hits station when I used to listen to the radio.

“Renaissance” has 104 credited songwriters (including Beyonce herself), for a total of 170 songwriting credits (since several songwriters work on multiple tracks). With 16 songs, that’s an average of 10.6 credited songwriters per track.
By comparison, “Lemonade,” her 2016 tour de force and most recent LP, had 74 songwriters on its dozen tracks, for just over 6 writers per. Going back to her debut “Dangerously in Love” from 2003, we see 57 songwriters on 15 tracks, for 3.8 per song.

I don't like eithers music so in a case like this you have to go with the lesser of two evils and that's Taylor Swift.

The reason is quite simple: Beyonce has an annoying voice. It's grating and kind of warbles, like nails on a chalkboard.

Swift also (or at least has in the past) writes her own stuff or if she collaborates it's only with one or two other people. Beyonce has like 100 different people write a single song for her. She changes one word and insists on getting writing credit LOL.

Swift also seems like a nicer person in general.
