i ordered my copy, will be good. interviews a lot of people.

Sounds like a fun read, but do we learn anything that wasn't in SEP or Blotz's books?

But, seemingly just as rapid as their rise to the top was the abrupt halt to their career in 1991 – with the onset of grunge and alt-rock replacing the party hearty metal stylings of the previous decade, in addition to internal strife within the band behind the scenes.
Even Juan said it was actually 1988, on the Reach for the Sky tour.

Agree - they tried to make RftS without Beau Hill, then had to come crawling back to him to save it, and they headlined a triple bill that struggled to fill arenas. Robbin started getting pretty drugged out by this time too. They should've called Desmond Child to help write this album. By Detonator, it was too late.

In the book things seemed to be falling apart during the dancing undercover era.

Purchased the book yesterday and am 25 pages in. Easy to read history of the band and info about their backgrounds growing up. All of these guys put in a ton of work to get where they were before the big run RATT had after the initial album.

Very easy read for the Kindle and a good history lesson in the LA scene.

Pearcy's book was so terrible I need at least 50 raving reviews to pick up another Ratt book.

It was a literary masterpiece compared with Blotzer’s “book.”

That "book" was one of the most honest memoirs I ever read. In that everything you have ever heard about him here can be confirmed by reading it.
