Blizzard of Ozz bonus track? Nope!

When I was a kid, I found a cassette recording/dupe of the Blizzard of Ozz LP in my brothers collection, and I swiped it. The final song was SO different than the rest of the record, but I absolutely loved it. Later, I heard another actual commercial version of that record, and the song was nowhere on it. I pored over every Ozzy release, trying to find out what this damned song was! I could never find it. This memory just randomly popped into my head just now, so I searched google for the only lyrics I remembered from the song, “children playing in the park… golden rule…”.

Do you know what the song really is (without searching like I had to) ?

LOL, how the fuck did you think that was Ozzy? I even googled the lyrics before to try and find it, I thought it might have been a Clash song. School popped up and I disregarded it because I thought everyone knew that song.
