Good point! I think they kept it as quiet as they could at least. She didn't reach Britney Spears territory or anything.

Still...look at Richie by comparison. Heather. Cher. Denise Richards. Even Oranthi. It's funny to say he's a starfucker. He's a star himself.. but Jon marrying his high school sweetheart and having a family is still pretty normal and healthy compared to most rock stars.

I think it worked out well that he married someone low profile that we could kind of forget about. Marrying someone famous would have gotten them stalked by paparazzi and all their dirty laundry made public. Much better than the Date a sex symbol/get caught cheating/tabloid circus/nasty breakup/ date another sex symbol/ rinse and repeat that you usually see. I'm sure he was humping groupies but his wife was a nobody so no one cared.
