Ehh, he’s 62. This was probably recorded 20 years ago. He still could’ve done it 8-10 years ago during the AC/DC era.

Hell no. I keep up with the shows in HD on YouTube as they get uploaded. It's bad. There is like zero lead vocalist presence in the mix. And it's completely paced with no room for spontaneity.
All the big production and instrumentation carrying this weak limited voice is the timid opposite of when sheer fercociousness led that band.
Sterilized mentioned the AC DC era. It's funny how that's dated with his own place in history now. It still seems new to me. I had given up hope on Axl, but that AC/DC tour kicked my ass. I was watching and listening to high quality recordings of it all the time. I really wanted an Axl DC record.
I hate to say it, the guy is one of my all-time Heroes, but Axl Rose is spoiled goods. And despite the collective failures he racked up on his own he still insists on calling the shots apparently. I allege this because of the infrequent poor choices of singles released.
Fans very much want content from their favorite bands. If you are a Metallica fan, you are happy. Out of the blue recently the Rolling Stones put out like three singles and they were all great. Meanwhile GNR Tour for 9 years in the mission to become billionaires. If it was for the love of music, they'd be more reciprocative of the fans willing adoration
