The report says he was in Prison over 3 years, but about 4-5 months ago, was released to a private residence do to his health.

Porn Star Ron Jeremy's 34 Criminal Counts Have Officially Been Dismissed

Back in August of 2021, porn star Ron Jeremy pled not guilty to over 30 counts of sexual assault, including 12 of rape, in the Los Angeles area over a 23-year period.

Jeremy had been in prison since his arrest in June 2020. However, since November of 2023 he was released from jail and allowed to reside in a "private residence" due to his declining health and medical conditions. A year prior, he was declared incompetent to stand trial and in March of 2023 a conservatorship was filed.

n exclusive documents obtained by The Blast, Ron Jeremy, whose legal name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, is seemingly off the hook as of last week per 1385 PC: "California Penal Code 1385 permits courts to dismiss a criminal charge in the furtherance of justice." All 34 criminal counts have been officially dismissed.

The long list of charges that have been dropped include, but aren't limited to; Forcible Rape, Sexual Penetration With Force, Sexual Battery, Lewd Act upon a Child 14 of 15 by Person 10 Years Older, Forcible Oral Copulation, Sex Penetration: Foreign Object, and Victim Unconscious/Asleep.
Medical Reports Indicated He Suffered From Dementia And Hearing Loss

It was said that the Jeremy suffered from 'incurable neurocognitive decline'. This information came to light when Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald S. Harris stated medical reports said he had dementia, is 'incoherent', and suffers from hearing loss.

It was also reported by Jeremy's attorney, Stuart Goldfarb, that Jeremy 'didn't recognize him' during a holding cell visit back in March of 2022.

District Attorney Paul Thompson also shared a statement in November of 2023 regarding Jeremy's condition at the time, stating: “I feel very badly that this is where we are, but it is beyond our control. His mental and physical condition deteriorated rapidly, and we are left with no other options,” he wrote. “I’m sorry that we couldn’t get complete justice for you in court.”

Dozens Of Women Contacted The LA County Sheriff’s Department

This news comes years after dozens of accusations of grouping and rape, from dozens of women which spanned decades, were reported to officials. The 34 criminal accounts were brought against Ron Jeremy in 2021, with the oldest allegation dating back to 1996.

The charges were dropped because he has major dementia, not because he was innocent. They can't take the charges to trial. There's been enough creepy stories about him over the last 25 years that where there is smoke, there's fire. He's just too mentally gone for it to be proven.

He's not making a recovery either. That's not how dementia works. He probably doesn't have long either so it doesn't really matter if the charges were dropped or not. He's still not gonna go back to a normal life and will be in his own mental prison.

I doubt that this has anything to do with his health. You lessen or commute a sentence over health, not dismiss charges. This impacts all sorts of other things like victim compensation, possible civil suits and more

I mean, I straight up witnessed him continually grope the volunteer that was assigned to work with him at NJ Horror Con in Atlantic City about 5-6 years ago after she repeatedly asked him to stop. She was very upset, was not into him, and did not get to pick who she was assigned to work with. That said, even on porn sets or other sex-centered contexts, people still get a say in when/if/how they are touched. I never said I feel strongly about it... this case, or him... I have simply made some comments. and felt this case from the start was weak.

When all of this came down, and it was noted that several of the "complaints" were coming from girls who were Porn chicks, Party girls, etc... I felt it was a reach.

It was nothing more than a group of women going to an Attorney, and with the #metoo cases piling up, they filed and went after him.

I never said it was "okay" to do what he was "accused" of (rape), but clearly the case, their cases, don't hold up, and it's all going away.

Also... it became clear in the court records, he had a lot more money, properties, and wealth, than many figured he would have.

Now the powers that be, have thrown all of this out... so, clearly they lacked evidence, or proof, other than some hearsay, and that ain't gonna work.

Regardless of his condition, if he was found guilty, the attorneys would be lining up to collect some $$$$ which could be squeezed from his assets.

As for any of you on the high and mighty "how dare he be a pig" train... enjoy the ride.
