Good Metal Studio Albums???

Post by HueyRamone »

Even hear a good metal band put out an album and you were all: "Damn, they killed it on this album!" The studio must have been rocking when they made this!

I'll start: Judas Priest - Painkiller.

Do you mean Metallica? That one was very popular, IIRC.

I was wondering if he meant one of the '93 live albums. That's technically early 90's and was an official release.

Yes, but that isnt a studio album. And thus ineligible for this thread.

Maybe there should be a live albums thread for this to be posted in.

Again, this is not a studio album, but rather a live album. I can see why you like it, but it doesnt work in this thread.

Sounds like a band with a story. A story of obsession. Obsession of a purer sense.
