Exactly. His only lasting legacy is his 10 years in Van Halen. Outside of that, he's a 3rd-rate Buffett who tours mainly to sell his liquor.

Not much of a fan at all but if you can't find a way to like the 1st Montrose album, you don't like hard rock

Got lots of good stuff sprinkled in his catalog.
But the only album I will still listen to is Livin it Up. Always thought he should have stayed with the mellower "yacht rock" vibe of this one.
